My Story / My Process
My early career was in editorial, contributing to Time Out, ELLE, and creative agencies. I followed a passion for experience design and gained expertise in interactive storytelling with brands like Garena and Meta.
I have worked as a writer covering communities and the organizers who built them. I have coached storytellers from around the world, produced highly anticipated events, and grew a storytelling show into a global platform through original content and program design. I have built new worlds and virtual experiences as a narrative designer. Now, I consult with organizations to tell their stories for greater impact. I am happiest when my work aligns with my values and am motived to use my skills to support causes that make Philadelphia (and the world!) a more equitable place.
I am proudly Iranian-American and recently relocated to Philadelphia by way of Shanghai. I lived in China for five years where I gained invaluable cross-cultural communication skills and complex project management experience. Before moving to Shanghai, I served as a TFA corps member in New Orleans and was a recipient of the TFA Innovation Award for my interactive curriculum design.
